Dwell Hub is a software platform used to manage apartment society operations including billing, collections, complaints, resident records, expense tracking, and related communication workflows. When a society uses Dwell Hub, the society provides data to the platform and authorizes designated users to manage that data.

Society administrators are responsible for ensuring that information entered into Dwell Hub is accurate, lawfully collected, and used for legitimate society operations. They are also responsible for managing which users can access that data.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of account-level information held by Dwell Hub, subject to contractual, operational, and legal limitations. In many cases, society-level records must first be addressed through the relevant society administrator because that society controls day-to-day record management inside the platform.
